After you place your order, we will begin the design process right away. Within 48 hours, you will receive a design preview to your email. If you’d like any adjustments or add any text, you can request up to three revisions. Once you’re happy with the final design, we will prep your artwork into print production and shipping.

Full refund is available before printing. Our goal is to make sure you truly love the artwork created only for you. Every piece is carefully designed by hand and customized specifically for your order. If it doesn’t feel right, just let us know and we’ll make it right.

If you need additional customization such as different size, frame options, color, or text, we’re happy to help. Simply type your request in the text box when placing your order, or send us email with your requirements, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We offer free shipping to your ordered store within British Columbia, Canada. For orders outside of BC or international destinations, shipping costs will be calculated at check out.
